  1. Availability & Communication:
  • Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT), Monday to Friday.
  • Daily updates via WhatsApp or project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets)
  • Availability for scheduled Zoom/Google Meet check-ins or client calls.
  1. Productivity & Output:
  • Weekly deliverables and KPIs are reviewed every Friday
  • Remote does not mean idle. That is, output is always measured and rewarded
  • Clear timelines are agreed upon for tasks assigned

  • Email and client communication must reflect Tizee’s tone and brand.
  • Use your official Tizee email (or signature) when engaging with clients.
  1. Security & Confidentiality:
  • Do not share sensitive client or company information without clearance.
  • Use secure cloud tools (e.g., Google Drive) for internal file sharing.
  1. Collaboration:
  • All team members are expected to join monthly team meetings.
  • Occasional physical team meetups or co-working sessions may be scheduled for those within range.
