Key Remote Work Expectations
- Availability & Communication:
- Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT), Monday to Friday.
- Daily updates via WhatsApp or project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets)
- Availability for scheduled Zoom/Google Meet check-ins or client calls.
- Productivity & Output:
- Weekly deliverables and KPIs are reviewed every Friday
- Remote does not mean idle. That is, output is always measured and rewarded
- Clear timelines are agreed upon for tasks assigned
- Professionalism:
- Email and client communication must reflect Tizee’s tone and brand.
- Use your official Tizee email (or signature) when engaging with clients.
- Security & Confidentiality:
- Do not share sensitive client or company information without clearance.
- Use secure cloud tools (e.g., Google Drive) for internal file sharing.
- Collaboration:
- All team members are expected to join monthly team meetings.
- Occasional physical team meetups or co-working sessions may be scheduled for those within range.
